Tip O’Neill Exhibition being held in Cork City Library on The Grand Parade

This exhibition shall be officially launched by Professor Margaret Kelleher on Monday 13th March, 2017 @ 3pm and will run for a month.

The exhibition will celebrate the life of Tip O’Neill, his connections with Ireland and his valued contribution to American and Irish Politics.  Tip never wavered in his beliefs that “all politics is local”.  Tip achieved great improvements in the lives of not alone his fellow Irish Americans but also of the least privileged in America generally.   Tips grandparents hailed from Mallow, Co. Cork and Buncrana Co. Donegal.
